The kids decided to put on a show for Valentine's Day. Here is Blake's part....

One day Blake I were sitting at the table.  I was trying to work on a few things and he was playing when he asked me to take a video of him.  Here is the result...

While Travis was between jobs he decided to do something to keep him busy.  I suggested he work on touching up a lot of trim we have around our house but he insisted on painting the ceiling.  It did need it but we didn't realize how much until he started to paint it!  It turned into almost week's worth of work by the time he painted every room in the house but it was worth it, the ceiling looks great!

Once again Travis decided to celebrate his birthday quietly.  The kids were sure it wouldn't pass without at least cake, ice cream and some balloons.  They were sure we celebrated dad's birthday, even in a quiet way.

Samantha's school was going to go rollerskating before Christmas break but it was cancelled because of a snow storm so they re-scheduled it for the first week of school after Christmas break.  Blake and I decided to join her and being that it was close to Travis' work he popped in for a bit and even went rollerskating.  Luckily no one was hurt but everyone had a fantastic time!

We began to work on our backyard....
