2017 Midland Christmas Concert

Every year Midland Adventist Academy has a Christmas concert that lets the children perform for their parents.  We are very proud of our children.  The music department is currently raising money to remodel part of the library area that will be dedicated to the music department.

Cantata

Here are some pics from this years Cantata that Chapel Oaks SDA Church puts on each year.  Our kids really enjoy participating in this event.  Mom and dad do also.  However, this year the parents did not participate in the event but as support.

Elf on the Shelf

Mom had a great idea this year and purchased the Elf on a Shelf.  He has been a very busy little Elf in our house this holiday season in the month of December and Blake and Samantha absolutely love it.  Mom is very creative in her ideas.  She says Pinterest helps.

We also went to the Kansas City Symphony as a family one evening.  It was sponsored by Shawnee Mission Medical Center where Heidi works.  Great times.
