For Eager Beavers Samantha had to bring treats and the theme of the program was birds so we brought bird sugar cookies and "nests"...

Travis and I had the opportunity attend the Tiny Tim Holiday Fantasy.  His work sponsors a table for the fundraiser and it couldn't be for a better cause.  We enjoyed dressing up and having adult conversation for the evening...

The kids made a "thankful turkey" this year.  Every day they added a "feather" of what they were thankful for...

We've been doing lots of crafts lately.  The kids made shirts out of bags for a Thanksgiving craft...

Poor Blake got a cold and was wiped out for a few days.  He fell asleep in the chair a couple of days...

They so enjoy playing in their play house when the weather is nice...

One day they decided that they needed to make pancakes and for some reason the books became part of the batter and the tub was the bowl.  They had a good time despite the mess:)

Last Friday we met our friend Carson and his mom at "Pump It Up" for a bunch of fun.  The slides were fast and slippery

The kids love cooking and Samantha has started to use a knife and often helps me cut things up now.

Sabbath was so nice we decided to take advantage of it so we headed out for a hike.  While hiking the kids collected acorns and brought home quite a collection...

The kids and I made pies for Thanksgiving and it was a mess!  Luckily the kids really enjoyed it and it didn't take to long to clean it up...
