Although I only have one picture of this, we had a great time.
My friend, Rhonda invited us to go to Union Station with them on the Sunday before Memorial Day and listen to the Symphony and watch the fireworks. We picked up a pizza on the way down and were there in plenty of time to visit and listen to the great music.
The weather was perfect for being outside and the kids enjoyed playing around. The live cannons scared them a bit but they were warned early that the noise would be loud.
They also enjoyed the fireworks despite an ember falling on Blake and myself.
It was terribly late when we got home as we expected it would be but I can't wait to do it again next year!
