Misc.

There are so many little things that we've done lately….

Blake enjoyed being silly and sitting this his head at table height,

Samantha put together a cute outfit for school...
and she made some cookies,
The three of us decided to sport our sun glasses...

And we took in a Junie B. Jones play...

We took a few walks on the walkway around our neighborhood

We played a few rounds of baseball in the street...

And Blake went to JumpStart story time several times...

and he wrote out his thank you notes...

and went to Kindergarten round-up where he enjoyed his new teacher, Mrs. Murphy.

Blake washed the windows for me and used a stick to reach the top...

We played too much ball in the house and broke a lamp :(

We took several bike rides on the trails...

The kids sported a mustache,
and got dirty in the mud,

They decided to pick up the neighbors helicopters from their trees...

Blake had to ride his bike with me on training runs while I worked on training for a 5k

They got their first caffeine free frappuccino thanks to a Starbucks special.

Blake and Samantha play with me often on Sabbath mornings,

We've enjoyed many a fire outside in our driveway...

I sadly filled out Blake's application for Kindergarten at Midland
Samantha and her 1st and 2nd grade put on an amazing program.  Samantha was Betsy Ross and gave a perfect speech.

The kids put together a cafe for us. Samantha make up menu's and waited on us while Blake cooked and waited as well.

We went to the pool a few times.  It's been unusually chilly so the kids didn't stay as long as we have in the past.

Jenna asked us to go to Deanna Rose with her to celebrate her birthday with her...

We put on VBS again and the kids helped clean up after one of the drama nights...

And they used a leftover box to slide down the stairs,

Samantha and Blake helped me sew a pennant for Campmeeting.

Blake wanted another short haircut so we decided to save ourselves some money and do it ourself.

Travis tackled the house this Summer and decided to paint it.  The first weekend the kids were more than excited to help out with it.

We spent some time in our nearby river.  The kids love hanging out down there and playing.  We even cleaned up some trash down there.

We thought Samantha had strep throat but when we took her in she ended up having a red and inflamed ear so she was put on Amoxicillan.  After 8 days she came down this this rash that kept on spreading so we took her to see Dr. Martin.  We learned that it was an Amoxil rash and would be gone soon.

Blake finished another round of soccer with Coach Chris...

The kids looked so good another Sabbath I had to take a picture.
