Today, Samantha is officially 3 months old! In some ways the time has gone by extremely fast and in other ways the time has gone by extremely slow:)We celebrated the 4th of July twice this year. We attended a potluck supper with our Sabbath School group on the 3rd-when Collegedale does their fireworks. We skipped the fireworks but heard them from our house. In fact, Samantha was fast asleep at 9:45, very early for her, when our landlord popped off several fireworks so it was actually 11:00 when we got to bed again. We spent the actual 4th with a walk in the mall and then that evening we went to supper with the Esteps. When we finished, Travis watched the fireworks that their neighbor set off-Samantha wasn't a fan of the noise, especially because she was sleepy so we spent the time inside.
We attempted to get her 3 month pictures taken Sunday (the picture here was actually taken at home). We knew it was going to be difficult and although we tried very hard to time it carefully she was not her best. We got a couple of good shots and she ended up falling alseep near the end of her session so we got a couple of shot
s of her sleeping.
