The Fall brought some beautiful weather which we spent some time outside at the parks with friends...

It also brought more football.  This year Blake was INTO the Chiefs and was on NFL.com every morning.  We watched some games with our friends Terry and Claudia.  Mr. Terry gave the kids tattoos one game to they could really be fans.

We sent this picture of Travis on one of his business trips to Chicago.  The kids miss him when he's gone.

For the Christmas season, Samantha's class performed some songs at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

When Travis came back from one of his trips to Chicago he brought gifts.  Blake started his love for Lego's and Samantha got an American Girl flute and Stand.  One Sabbath they worked on things quietly.

Samantha's class performed at the annual Thanksgiving/Grandparents day program
Blake even got a hug after the performance.

We spent Thanksgiving in Wisconsin.  The cousins loved being together...

And as usual, the food was beautiful and delicious.

We always have to have a turkey picture.

We had lots of leaves to blow and rake.  Blake was very helpful and wanted to bow some leaves himself.

We went to the Bonner Springs Christmas parade and afterwards we stepped inside to see Mr. and Mrs. Claus and warm up with some hot cocoa.

I went on a field trip with Samantha and her class to Moon Marble.

Blake worked on some school work.

We got a bit of snow.

Blake continued to play soccer and give it his all.

Look at those rosy cheeks from playing so hard!
