As I was getting my hair done this week at my friend Lorrie’s she mentioned several times what a good baby Samantha is. It’s often easy to take for granted how good of a girl s
he really is. She never cries when we’re in public, in fact, she never even whines. She is entertaining herself more and more at home, particularly with her books. She’ll sit down in front of her book bin look at a book, toss it and pick up another. We are blessed with such a good little one.
This week Samantha has started to whisper, sometimes it seems that she’s just talking to herself. It’s adorable to try to listen to her and we wonder what she is thinking.
We’ve had an extremely busy week, we ran lots of errands. We were in and out of that car seat too many times to count! The errands often ran into nap time and Samantha stuck it out and went with the flow through it all.
As you may have guessed, Samantha has given up crawling. You never know where we might find her. In fact, the other
day I didn’t hear her and got worried because you just never know where she could be now days.
Samantha’s appetite has definitely increased. She enjoyed solid foods more and more. When we are eating she wants to be sure she is included. There have also been several times when she didn’t finish her bottle but only drank half of it because she had filled up on food.
