No More Lap

There had been a couple of weeks where Samantha had a runny nose off and on. I attributed it to teething because she really had no other symptoms of a cold. It seemed like through that period there were times when we were always wiping her nose or asking her to blow. Well, she got real good at blowing her nose! Now if she seems to Kleenex around she is sure that she has to blow her nose and goes through about 10 Kleenex as she blows, wads it up, blows again and throws it into the trash. I finally told her to use toilet paper and apparently she's seen Travis throw his into the toilet because that's what she did with hers. She is silly!!!

We are really trying to run errands and get ready for the baby around here. I think I've got several ongoing lists that I need to complete. Perhaps I should just compile them and work off of one list. I know the time is flying by and we have lots of little things to do!

This week I told Samantha to come it in my lap while I read her a book. She apparently thinks that the baby is taking up a lot more of it lately because she just said "baby" and never came and sat down.

Thursday is another doctor's appointment for us and it begins our weekly visits with Dr. Radpour. Thursday is also the day that BeBe and Papa are coming into town for a visit. We have a lot to look forward to this week.

Here are this week's pictures. I will be so glad when Samantha is out of this cheesy face whenever she sees a camera or we ask her to smile.

I told her I wanted to take her picture. She scooted right back into the corner of the cabinets and started to smile...

Samantha is really starting to enjoy helping me in the kitchen. This week we baked dad chocolate chip cookies. Here she is blowing on them and you can tell she had one, it's all over her mouth!

There is a kiosk at the mall 3-4 times a year with bows in it. We got to get some this time he was there and hopefully you'll be seeing her with more bows in her hair...
